Improvements

• Bug fixes on CSR light logic:

  • Includes functional support for flows with:

    • Non-activated pre-lodged clearances

    • Cancelled pre-lodged clearances

    • Invalidated clearances

    • Transshipment case becoming an import case after terminal discharge

    • Blue light CSR_IRP does not mention the clearance anymore, as the light is purely indicative to alert the user that a first clearance has been received

  • FAVV flow has been optimized; control type 50 on clearances triggers an orange CSR as well

  • Additional controls on TSD or clearances are now shared with the community via the CSR_IRP notification, even though the light color might not change

  • CPu is informed in case of documentary controls

  • Performance optimization for Re-Export Notification trigger

• Data quality check on Transfer information if mentioned within a TSD

• IRP User Interface updates:

  • Logistics Service Providers can now retrieve the TSD dataset via the UI, in case they have a handshake with the respective Ship Agent

  • IRP ignores inactivated TSDs with duplicate reference keys during a TSD search, enabling the re‑use of reference keys to look up a TSD which is still active

  • A CPU disclaimer has been added to the Terminal Overrule page.

  • Empty containers are now included in the CSR breakdown list.

  • Clearances are now only displayed in the CSR breakdown list if IRP has received a provisional IETS045 message, mentioning the corresponding clearances in it.
