Improvements
Changes on CSR light logic:
CSR logic has been optimized to avoid race-condition scenarios in which a blue CSR light was sent after a green CSR light.
The filter towards CPu has been optimized to prevent non-container information from being sent to CPu.
The intermediate IETS045 (i.e. cancellation of the full write-off of a TSD) now sends a default red CSR light.
CSR logic has been optimized to support amendments to clearances.
IRP User Interface updates:
In some cases, the overview of the written-off information showed an error; this has been fixed.
The overview of the written-off number of packages and the total gross mass now includes figures with decimal precision.
Amendments to clearances (e.g. changes to written-off total gross mass or number of packages) are now correctly displayed in the UI.
An issue with duplicate rows in the CSR breakdown list has been resolved.
The “Pre-lodged TSDs” report for ship agents has been replaced by a “Transport equipment of pre-lodged TSDs” report.
IRP now blocks the creation of Transfer and REN messages for any TSD that still has an active TSD-control timer (10 minutes on UAT & PROD). This ensures that message generation resumes only after the timer has expired and no control on the TSD is applicable. The TSD-control timer was defined in agreement with Customs as the maximum time period during which a TSD control can be received after TSD activation by the PN.
[ONLY APPLICABLE ON UAT] IRP now checks the validity of a terminal code in terminal discharge messages on UAT. The terminal code check will be enforced in PROD starting on the 31st of January 2026. The terminal code must:
have the correct format, and
correspond to the EORI of the sender of the terminal discharge.
