Inbound Release Platform v1.3.0

We are pleased to announce the release of Inbound Release Platform version 1.3.0!

Improvements

  • Union T2L(F) checker in place to overrule the ‘Measures required’ status for Union goods for which another Union PN exists with the same combination of ‘BL – PoUS reference of type T2L(F) – Stay number' in status 'Proof of union status validated’

    • This check runs every 15 minutes on UAT & PROD

  • IRP can now process the status updates coming from the MyCustoms application of AAD&A (Customs), which result in an orange CSR being triggered for the selected transport equipment, as well as the light being sent out towards both the port community and CPu

    • This functionality has been built to replace NGPS being phased out by MyCustoms in the near future

    • In case the selected transport equipment is not matching the transport equipment in the relevant TSD(s), IRP will also notify the port community on TSD level that IRP has received a transport equipment selection from local Customs, for which IRP could not match it and thus could not send out an orange CSR

    • In case the MyCustoms control flow is concluded, IRP is also able to reset the local Customs light and continue with the normal CSR logic

  • The CSR_IRP messages triggered after a successful Transfer now include the correct ‘unlocode’ value, depending on where the underlying goods are located (either at the original location where they have been discharged or at the new location to which they have been transferred)

  • Bug fixes:

    • Several bugs regarding the RTO Transfer (phase 1) functionality have been fixed

    • Fixed a bug where transport equipment IDs with '/' could not be looked up in the IRP User Interface portal

    • Fixed a bug in the TSD subscription report functionality for LSPs where not all subscriptions were being shown

    • Fixed a bug in the tramp shipping voucher report functionality for tramp shipping SAs where in some cases the TSD was not shown in the requested report

    • Fixed a bug in the TSD amendment (IETS413_IRP) business validation logic to make the validation on error TV0008 less strict

      • Goods item numbers within a TSD must now be unique for the Master Consignment (and sequential starting from 1 only for IETS015_IRP messages)
