Inbound Release Platform v1.2.3

We are pleased to announce the release of Inbound Release Platform version 1.2.3!

Release dates

UAT: 13 February 2026

PRD: 18 February 2026

Improvements

  • Optimization regarding part-BL/part-load processing of TSDs

  • When multiple TSDs are sent in with the same reference key and a terminal discharge is received leading to a mismatch because of multiple matches, a TSD invalidation of the duplicate TSDs allows the terminal discharge to be automatically matched to the remaining TSD

  • CSR logic optimized to trigger a green CSR in case of a clearance write-off even though there was a REN envelope present in the TSD which lead to the REN being triggered and thus rejected due to the TSD already being written off by the clearance

  • The Re-Export Notification message towards Customs now includes the packaging information in case of packaged goods

  • Terminal codes in terminal discharges are validated on correctness

  • When a TSD has not been written off after 90 days and a case is opened at Customs, Customs can finalize this case which triggers the corresponding end status messages from Customs side. These messages can now be processed by IRP.

  • Notifications which receive an HTTP 422 response from a community member are now completed instead of being dead-lettered, in line with the IRP MIG.

  • IRP User Interface updates:

    • LSPs are now only able to view the PoUS references, and no longer able to add, delete, modify them. The Ship Agent needs to be contacted to apply changes to the PoUS references via the TSD amendment while the TSD is still pre-lodged.
