Transfer admin rights

This tutorial show how the current Admin user of a company active on the NxtPort International platform can assign his admin rights to another user.

Problem solving

If you no longer have access to the account of the current admin user and you wish to change the admin, you can first try to reset the password. If the active admin no longer has access to their mailbox, please contact NxtPort support by creating a support ticket.
