• As Customs Authority I want to adapt the logic for processing CCRM and NGPS messages

  • CCRM messages with status “RELEASE” and a “CONTROL” section must set the Customs light to “RELEASED”

  • CCRM messages with status “CONTROL < PHYSICAL” can not set the Customs light to “SELECTEDFORSCAN”

  • Solely an NGPS message can set the Customs light to “SELECTEDFORSCAN”

• As Ship Agent I want to send 2 commercial releases for a container that will be transferred from a deepsea terminal to another terminal in BEANR

  • EquipmentNumber, BillOfLadingNumbers and Terminal NxtEntityId must be unique for an active commercial release, this enables the ship agent to create 2 commercial releases for the same EquipmentNumber and BillOfLadingNumbers combination

• Assign pickup: terminalCode in request must match the terminalCode of the commercial release, it can be a known alias though
