Onboarding and contract

This page explains how to onboard to Bulkchain for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production (PRD).

Important: UAT and PRD are separate environments. For each environment you want to use, you must complete:

1. Company registration in My Port of Antwerp-Bruges (MyPoAB)

2. A Bulkchain subscription request for that environment

For PRD, there is an additional contract step: the PRD subscription is only approved after the PoV contract has been signed.

1. Company registration and subscription request

1.1 Register your company (per environment, if not already done for another product)

First, register your company on the My Port of Antwerp-Bruges platform for the environment you want to use:

• UAT (User Acceptance Testing):
  https://register-accpt.portofantwerpbruges.com/account

• PRD (Production):
  https://register.portofantwerpbruges.com/account

Notes:

• Company registration is per environment. If you want to use both UAT and PRD, you must have your company registered in both environments.

• If you already use other NxtPort products (e.g. CPu or IRP) in a given environment, the same entity already known by NxtPort in that environment must be used and you can move to step 1.3.

1.2 Receive My Port of Antwerp-Bruges (MyPoAB) credentials

Once your company registration for an environment is approved, you will receive My Port of Antwerp-Bruges (MyPoAB) credentials. These credentials are used to log in to the Bulkchain web application in that environment.

1.3 Request a Bulkchain subscription (per environment)

After your company is registered, request a Bulkchain subscription for the environment you want to use:

• For UAT:

  • Request a Bulkchain UAT subscription linked to your registered company.

  • Once this request is approved, you can access Bulkchain in UAT (see section 2).

• For PRD:

  • Request a Bulkchain PRD subscription linked to your registered company in PRD.

  • This PRD subscription request will only be approved after the contract step described in section 1.4 and 4.

1.4 Additional step for Production (PRD): contract requirement

To get access to Production (PRD), your PRD Bulkchain subscription request is only confirmed after:

1. All required documents listed in section 4 – Required documents for production (PRD) access have been reviewed (PoV contract, Terms and Conditions, SLA, Product Governance), and

2. The Proof of Value (PoV) contract has been signed by your company and delivered to NxtPort via bulkchainsupport@nxtport.com.

Only after NxtPort receives and validates the signed PoV contract will your Bulkchain PRD subscription be approved and PRD access activated.

2. Web UI onboarding

After company registration and Bulkchain subscription approval in the target environment:

1. Open the Bulkchain web application (UAT or PRD):

   • UAT login: https://bulkchain-uat.nxtport.com/

   • PRD login: (to be added)

2. Choose to login via MyPoAB.

3. Log in with your MyPoAB credentials.

4. Bulkchain validates whether you have an active Bulkchain subscription in that environment:

   • If yes: you get access to the Bulkchain web UI.

   • If no: you will see an error message and access is denied. In that case, request/verify your Bulkchain subscription (see section 1).

Note: UAT and Production are separate environments. Company registration and Bulkchain subscription must be completed per environment. For PRD, the additional contract step in section 4 is mandatory before the subscription can be approved.

3. API onboarding

4. Required documents for production (PRD) access

The following documents are required for Production (PRD) onboarding:

• Proof of Value (PoV) contract

• Bulkchain Terms and Conditions

• Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Bulkchain Product Governance

To complete the PRD onboarding and get access to the Production environment of Bulkchain:

1. Your company must be registered in PRD (see 1.1).

2. A Bulkchain PRD subscription request must be created (see 1.3).

3. The PoV contract must be signed and delivered to NxtPort via bulkchainsupport@nxtport.com.

Only after the signed PoV contract has been received and validated will your PRD Bulkchain subscription request be approved and Production access granted.
