Support - Open your (shared) tickets

To track the progress of your (shared) tickets, it is possible to use the eECD Support desk. Tickets can either be personal or shared with other project members.

Your own tickets

Open the eECD support desk and login, in case you have not already done so. Please ensure after login that the ECLIC logo is shown, and that you are not using another NxtPort support desk. 

At the top right, click on the "Request" button. A dropdown appears. Select the "Created by me" value.

A list is shown of all tickets that were created by you. You will see the ID of the ticket, the short summary and the status

You can open the details of the ticket by clicking on the reference or the summary.

In the detailed overview, you can track the history of the ticket, add comments or files/screenshots/...

Shared tickets

Some users may belong to 1 or more project teams. These teams can have a shared view on all tickets related to their project.

To open a Project, select the team from the dropdown behind the "Requests" button at the top right.

You can also select a filter when you are already in the Tickets overview screen.

On the new screen, you will see an overview of all shared tickets.
