eECD organisation - user roles

Based upon the eECD workflow we find the following organization and user roles. A description of the organization roles can be find in the process description documentation

Manage licenses and credit packs
Manage access for new users, deactivate users and defines back up roles

Manage the organization address details in the NxtPort console

Has overall access to the eECD functionality and eECD menu in line with the eECD licence

Defines the eECD archiving rules

Manage loading locations master data per product and loader

Consult eECD booklets (read access only)

Perform load assignment actions described in process step D,F,G,H

Add the non registered load information

Manage cleaning location details
Assign own cleaning operator users to cleaning locations

In summary

Note: There is also a central ECLIC community manager role who creates and approves the eECD licences. This role has no access to any eECD data being processed.
