How to register for Export Manifest?
As a data provider
Data providers (terminal operators) send their COARRI LOAD messages to the NxtPort platform.

As a service user
To start using the Export Manifest service, you need to complete the following steps:
Register your company on e-Balie as “Export declarant”
Register your company on the NxtPort platform and subscribe to the Export Manifest use case
Provide the necessary details to NxtPort
Further details are explained below.
Step 1: register your company on e-Balie
e-Balie is the visual, web-based tool for adding, viewing and managing your customs documents and export manifests.
A registration on e-Balie is required and free of charge.
My company is not yet registered on C-point
My company is already registered on C-point
Log in to C-point and request access to e-Balie (note: this must be done by a company admin)
Step 2: register your company on the NxtPort platform and subscribe to Export Manifest
NxtPort gathers the information on the loaded containers (either via COARRI LOAD messages from the terminal or via XLS upload), translates the information to accepted standards and sends this information to e-Balie. It is necessary for you as shipping agent to have a valid subscription, so the information is correctly processed and billed (see Export Manifest pricing )
My company is not yet registered on the NxtPort platform
After registration, proceed to subscribe to Export Manifest below.
My company is already registered on NxtPort
Click on the below link to start the subscription process. You need to log in as company administrator to do this.
Step 3: provide the necessary details to NxtPort
From the carrier:
General details: company name, main address, Tax ID, EORI
SCAC code
From you as shipping agent
General details: company name, main address, Tax ID, EORI
Terminal/quay where cargo is loaded
Agentcode used by terminal operator to identify agency/carrier in COARRI LOAD message (can be identical to SCAC code). NxtPort needs this information to translate the agentcode to the correct carrier.
