Restored broken links between equipment subscriptions & release rights
Gate out processing is no longer stopped if there are no previous equipment registrations
Commercial Release Green light has 2 new possible values: "Expired" and "Blocked"

Decline/Accept actions executed via the context menu (…) now show a confirmation dialog
Unsubscribing from an equipment is no longer blocked when there are no remaining Cinvio credits
